Delete Your Kitchin Account

You can request the deletion of your Kitchin account and associated data at any time by contacting us directly. We will process your request promptly and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your account, follow these steps:

Send an email to hello@getkitchin.com with the subject line “Delete my Kitchin account”.

Include the email address associated with your Kitchin account so we can identify and process your request.

Your request will be processed within 30 days of receipt. We will confirm once your account has been deleted.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon a confirmed deletion request, we will remove the following data associated with your account:

Account profile and credentials
Saved recipes and recipe collections
Pantry items and inventory data
Meal plans and planning history
Household data and member information
App preferences and settings

Limited Data Retention

Some limited data may be retained after account deletion if required for legal obligations, security purposes, fraud prevention, or compliance with applicable regulations. Any retained data will be held only for as long as required and will not be used for any other purpose.
